Is it available in my country?
The LEO MasterCard is currently available in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, Pakistan and EU countries. For a list of specific countries the LEO MasterCard operates in, please log into your back office, and click on the LEO MasterCard banner.
Do I qualify for a LEO MasterCard?
There are criteria to meet before you can qualify. Go to your back office and click on the LEO MasterCard order banner on your home page.
Why is my back office banner grey?
You are not eligible for a LEO MasterCard. Click on the View Detail button to see why.
Do I have to be fully KYC approved?
Yes you must be fully KYC Approved. If you are not, in your back office, click on ‘My information’, select ‘KYC Status’ option and complete the items marked as incomplete.
Do you have to hold a particular Rank?
There is a minimumRank requirement, which is specific to the country that the order is placed from. Click on the View Detail button to see whether you hold the right Rank.

Will I get a personalised card?
When your application has been accepted, we will place an order for a personalised card to be sent to the registered and verified address in your KYC. To ensure only you receive the card we will not accept any other address.
How long does it take?
The card will be with you within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of the order being successfully completed. Once you receive your LEO MasterCard, you will be required to activate it over the phone using an automated verification process.
Where is the card sent?
Your LEO MasterCard will be sent to the registered and verified address in your KYC. To ensure only you receive the card we will not accept any other address.

Why do I need to set aside £100.00?
The MasterCard is supplied free of charge to Members. We want to make sure that it is ordered and used by those interested in having a card to use.
How do I get the £100.00 onto my card?
Once you have activated your card, go to your back office and click the highlighted area 'Load your card' on the MasterCard banner on your home page.
On the next screen enter your new card number. The £100.00 you originally reserved will be loaded onto your card. As this will be your first transfer to the card it will be free of all charges.
What happens if the qualification criteria change?
A message will be sent out to all Members affected by any changes in qualification. If you are not able to have a card based on your country of registration, Status or Rank and these criteria change, we will let you know straight away.
