How do I get mine?

Is it available in my country?
The LEO MasterCard is currently available in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, Pakistan and EU countries. For a list of specific countries the LEO MasterCard operates in, please log into your back office, and click on the LEO MasterCard banner.
Do I qualify for a LEO MasterCard?
There are criteria to meet before you can qualify. Go to your back office and click on the LEO MasterCard order banner on your home page.
Why is my back office banner grey?
You are not eligible for a LEO MasterCard. Click on the View Detail button to see why.
Do I have to be fully KYC approved?
Yes you must be fully KYC Approved. If you are not, in your back office, click on ‘My information’, select ‘KYC Status’ option and complete the items marked as incomplete.
Do you have to hold a particular Rank?
There is a minimumRank requirement, which is specific to the country that the order is placed from. Click on the View Detail button to see whether you hold the right Rank.

Will I get a personalised card?
When your application has been accepted, we will place an order for a personalised card to be sent to the registered and verified address in your KYC. To ensure only you receive the card we will not accept any other address.
How long does it take?
The card will be with you within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of the order being successfully completed. Once you receive your LEO MasterCard, you will be required to activate it over the phone using an automated verification process.
Where is the card sent?
Your LEO MasterCard will be sent to the registered and verified address in your KYC. To ensure only you receive the card we will not accept any other address.

Once you receive your LEO MasterCard, you will be required to activate it over the phone using an automated verification process.
Why do I need to set aside £100.00?
The MasterCard is supplied free of charge to Members. We want to make sure that it is ordered and used by those interested in having a card to use.
How do I get the £100.00 onto my card?
Once you have activated your card, go to your back office and click the highlighted area 'Load your card' on the MasterCard banner on your home page.
On the next screen enter your new card number. The £100.00 you originally reserved will be loaded onto your card. As this will be your first transfer to the card it will be free of all charges.
What happens if the qualification criteria change?
A message will be sent out to all Members affected by any changes in qualification.  If you are not able to have a card based on your country of registration, Status or Rank and these criteria change, we will let you know straight away.

Safe and secure
Traveller's cheques are very much a thing of the past. The growth in Prepaid cards for travel has exploded, and with good reason. Cards are more widely accepted, you don't present your passport and sign anything to authorise and card's are smaller, easier and fit in your wallet/purse. No hassle, no fuss, just a single card and you're away. Simple.
Not linked to your bank account
Cards are prepaid, meaning they have no credit or loan facility alongside. This means you can only spend what you load. What you load, is what you can access, that's it. In the extremely unlikely event someone did obtain your card AND got access to your security PIN, the maximum amount accessible is the loaded amount (or the daily limit of the card).
Emergency functions
All Prepaid Financial Services cards have a range of simple tools so you can manage your card. SMS functions enable the following actions almost instantly.
Text to block card – this temporarily deactivates the card. No transactions will be processed while the card is deactivated.
Text to unblock card – the reverse of the above or reactivate the card.
Text to transfer funds – with a preregistered debit card or bank acct of choice, you are able to action a transfer of funds to 'top up' your prepaid card.
Text for balance – send and SMS to reveal your card balance.

Loading Your Card

To load money onto your LEO MasterCard, go to your back office and complete a transfer request in the normal way, making the selection to pay to your registered LEO MasterCard.

SMS Functionality

In order to use the SMS commands you will first need to have registered a mobile phone number to your PFS Prepaid Card during your card application process. If you haven't registered your mobile number during your card application you can register the number once you have logged in to your card account online.

Once this is done, you will be able to use the following commands with your PFS Card by sending simple text messages to the phone number +44 (0) 762 480 3759.

We recommend that this is the verified mobile number used as part of your Member KYC.

Retrieve your PIN

This functionality allows you to get the PIN for your PFS card

Load Funds
Allows you to load your own card using your debit card that is pre-registered on the system.

Transfer funds from your PFS card to another PFS Card.

Lock & Unlock
To temporarily prevent any withdrawals from cash machines (ATMs) and purchases via retailers (POS), you can lock your LEO MasterCard.

Please note that this command is intended to be used for temporarily locking your card to stop others attempting to use it or if you do not wish to use it for an extended period of time. If you suspect that your card is lost or has been stolen, you should contact customer services on +44 (0)207 125 0321 immediately.

Activating Your Card

To begin using your LEO MasterCard you must first activate it.

To activate your card you must call on any of the three numbers below and follow the instructions.

The first instruction will be to select your language. At present 8 languages are supported:

English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Russian and Portuguese.

Once activated your card is ready for use in ATM's, online and at 34 Million locations worldwide.

Apply for a Card

To apply for a LEO MasterCard you first need to be a LEO Member. To become a LEO Member apply through www.learnearnown.com. If you are already a LEO Member, please go to your back office and complete the registration process.
